Vista Dialer Configuration

1. Click on the Start Menu-->Control Panel

2. Click on Network and Sharing Center

3. Click on Connect to the Internet --> Next

4. "You are already connected to the internet" will appear if you have a lan connection --> Choose Set up a new connection anyway

5. Choose Dial-up

6. Type in the Phone Number, User name, Password  --> Next

7. Wait for it to connect
